We had a great stay at a traditional Japanese hotel near Lake Yamanaka. Our room was spacious with beautiful, comfortable furnishings. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor onsen baths. the hotel is situated near interesting restaurants and shrines. It also boasts a breathtaking view of Mount Fuji in the morning.
The breakfast timings were limited, which made it difficult for us to enjoy the free meal.

We were blown away by the amazing view from our room, which provided us with an unobstructed view of a snowcapped mountain towering over a beautiful lake. The Japanese-style room was spacious and comfortable, and we took great pleasure in sipping tea at the traditional table by the window. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Although most of the staff were able to speak some English, we would have appreciated having at least one fluent English speaker. the rooms could benefit from air fresheners, as they were a tad stuffy.

Spent Christmas nearby a serene lake, free parking for our car and exhilarating bicycles to rent just across the street. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We had an amazing view of a beautiful mountain from our spacious room. Soaking in the hot communal bath after an active day is a relaxing treat.
Despite an overall enjoyable stay, the onsen was a bit too hot for our liking. we were disappointed that breakfast without a reservation is not possible.

The Japanese style room with a breathtaking mountain view was absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe my eyes when I woke up to see the sunrise over the serene lake. The onsen experience was out of this world, offering the perfect relaxation after a long day. The traditional Japanese meals were a delightful cultural experience, and the thermal baths were top-notch. The location was convenient with a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and on top of all that, the staff was friendly and always ready to assist. I highly recommend this exceptional hotel.
